My exciting YA Fantasy Debut is on the shelf!

Month9Books has finally revealed the cover for the anthology IN THE BEGINNING. This is the book I’ve been thrilled about…for two years. Yes, that’s how long it takes to get something published through a mid-line publishing company. Is it any wonder so many authors are looking to small presses or independently publishing.

Anyway, here is the beautiful cover:

In The Beginning_Cover

In the Beginning (Oct. 25, 2016) –Eight authors come together to build a powerful collection of dark young adult short stories inspired by the mysteries, faith, and darkness found within the Bible. Old Testament and New Testament, iconic and obscure figures alike are illuminated, explored, and re-envisioned throughout this charity anthology from Month9Books.

  1. Saw you tagline, “Bridging Fantasy with Truth” and, please forgive me, I immediately thought of a political blog.
I look forward to following you postings, and perhaps seeking your input on some projects of mine.

  2. Are you a science fiction writer? 🙂

This is actually an area where fantasy often becomes or is recognised as truth many years later. It’s as if the subconscious mind can intuit and connect to something that actually exists as truth in another dimension, which eventually filters through to this dimension.

    1. Most of my stuff is fantasy. Doomsday Dragon has a science fiction element but since it happens on Earth of the future, I’m not sure it truly qualifies. Still, there are dragons. Dragons mean fantasy, right?

  3. thanks Sharon for liking my comment. When I have more time I will read your website and blogs more thoroughly. What I read so far seems insightful and helpful. Good luck to you in your writing career and good luck to me too!! Good luck to all of us writers and wannabe writers. It can be both a frustrating and rewarding challenge.
